 Kevin Barrow
| Kevin is a partner in City of London law firm Tarlo Lyons. Kevin specializes in recruitment and HR outsourcing, providing board level advice to outsourcing and recruitment companies and tax advice on all forms of outsourcing and staffing services. He is an expert in regulatory issues related to money laundering, immigration, DTI regulations, data protection, freedom of information, TUPE, FSA, employment and care standards regulation relating to outsourcing and staffing. He earned a master’s degree in arts from Oxford University and joined Tarlo Lyons in 1988, becoming a partner five years later. |
Rudy Vandenberghe
| Rudy holds the position of Board Member of ARINSO International and is one of the founding partners of the company. He is currently Regional Executive UK & Central Europe with responsibility for the expansion of ARINSO's HR & Payroll Outsourcing business in the UK, Germany & Central Europe. Rudy initiated HR Business Consultancy as a new European practice for ARINSO, assuming responsibility for HR Strategic Consulting & International Sales. In this capacity he established this new business line in ARINSO and managed large scale HR Transformation studies for major companies such as IKEA, Unilever, Whirlpool. Prior to joining the company he worked at Hessenatie, Integan and Europdata Systems (now Zetes). |
