Borderless Outsourcing undertakes assignments only on a fully-retained basis. Retained executive search is a specialized form of management consulting, conducted through an exclusive engagement and on a pre-determined retainer-fee basis. Its purpose is to assist you in defining executive positions, identifying and attracting well-qualified and motivated candidates, and selecting those best suited through a comprehensive, quality assured search process.

Retainer-fees are based on well-accepted industry norms. The amount of the retainer is generally agreed in advance before work starts. The retainer is due in full at the end of the assignment, whether or not a candidate introduced by us has been hired.

In addition to locating high quality candidates, we will also provide information and feedback that not only helps direct the search for executive talent but can also be used in running your business.

This feedback includes knowledge of the sector in which the search is conducted, including availability of candidates, comparative assessments of those candidates, and remuneration levels. It also includes general market research regarding how your organization is perceived in the market, what your competitors are doing, and what kind of recruiting strategies may or may not be working at any given point in time.
