We invite you to participate in a brief Quality of Work Survey developed by Borderless Executive Search, in collaboration with Professor Julian Birkinshaw of the London Business School.
The purpose of this survey is to shed some light on shifting attitudes and behaviors in the workplace. Recent research has pointed to growing concerns about disengagement in the workforce, and to the increasing hours people are working. And it has highlighted the need for firms to develop more creative approaches to how they manage, and how they can help employees deliver their best.
This research will address these and related issues with a particular focus on the sectors served by Borderless. We thank you in advance for your help, and we will communicate the results when the research is complete.
